Swingarm black CNC-Milled for Honda CRF 2020–2026
CNC Machined Swingarm – 2nd Generation
Honda CRF 2020–2025
The second generation of our CNC-machined swingarm, designed exclusively for supermoto racing use. Development included countless hours of design, calculations, testing, and fine-tuning. The goal was simple: maximum performance without a single unnecessary gram.
Key Features
Wheelbase adjustment
(measured from engine axis to rear wheel axis)
MX711: 54–58 cm
Stock Honda CRF: 58.5–63 cm
The motorcycle can be significantly shortened for technical tracks or set closer to stock geometry for fast and flowing sections.
Compatibility – 100% Plug & Play
Fully compatible with the original shock, linkage, bearings, chain guides, brake hose brackets, and rear axle adjusters.
No modifications. No special parts required.
The swingarm is supplied with needle bearings and seals installed, which are included in the package.
Axial bearings (OEM code: 91072-KZ3-861) and washers (OEM code: 52143-MEN-A30) are not included – they can be reused from the original Honda swingarm or purchased separately as an optional extra.
Stiffness & Handling – tuned for supermoto
The swingarm is highly rigid under braking and lean angle, while remaining stable and predictable during controlled rear-wheel slides.
The front section features large, precisely calculated lightening holes that ensure optimal strength while maintaining the correct flex, improved traction, and clear feedback from the rear wheel.
Clearance & Protection
Plenty of space for the rear tire and tire warmers.
The system also includes our additional chain guard, preventing any contact between the chain and the rear tire.
Construction
CNC-machined from a solid aluminum block, developed and proven under real racing conditions.
Weight
Complete system: 4.1 kg
Swingarm only: 3.7 kg
Package Includes
-
